The goals of our shipping department are to keep shipping costs as low as possible for the customer; ship by priority mail whenever possible, and ensure that every gift set is well protected and aesthetically packaged.  If at any time you do not feel that we have met these goals, please contact us.  We will either correct the problem or refund your money!
